Refund and Returns Policy

At Fhoto Click, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Return is not applicable for customized products, discounted items, or final sale products, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized prints or personalized orders

Innerwear or intimate products (if applicable)

Products returned in used or damaged condition

Return Process:

Email us at support@fhotoclick.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Once the product reaches us and passes quality checks, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange:

We offer exchanges for size or product replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided.

Return Pickup:

We arrange reverse pickup in most locations. In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Shipping cost for self-return will be refunded as store credit (up to ₹100) on valid proof. within 5–7 business days after approval.
